The order tracking was spot on. It showed where my stuff was without all the usual guessing around, and it turned up right when it said it would. Simple as that.

I could be assuming based on how they looked and performed, but these seeds didn’t seem super fresh to me. Only a few actually sprouted, so I got the feeling they may have been sitting around for a while.

My order showed up in good shape, with no smashed packs or random loose stuff rolling around in the box. It looked like they took a little extra time to pack it properly for shipping. It’s a small thing, but I’d say everything was protected well and arrived just fine

I was trying to order a few seeds, but it felt like every other thing I clicked on was out of stock. The site itself was easy to use, which made it even more frustrating when I’d finally find something I wanted and then couldn’t actually buy it. Maybe I happened to check at the wrong time, but this has happened enough that it feels like they need to do a better job keeping inventory updated and available. If items sell out that often, they should either restock faster or be clearer about when they’ll be back.

The seeds looked fresh and healthy when they arrived, that’s usually all you need to know they’re going to be good. No issues at all, I’m happy with them

I’d probably give Seednerds 4 stars. Their refund and replacement policy comes across as fair, as long as you actually follow the process and don’t wait around too long. I appreciated that they spell out what’s covered and what isn’t, because that usually saves some back-and-forth later. It’s not one of those policies where everything magically qualifies, so yeah, read the details first. Overall though, it seems reasonable enough.

They did answer my questions clearly and were helpful overall, but the replies took a bit longer than I expected. After I made the payment and didn’t hear back right away, I started to feel a little unsure about trusting it. In the end, they did respond and everything was fine, just wish the communication had been a bit quicker.

The issue was more with what I ended up growing. The plants just didn’t seem to line up with the strain names based on my past experience. The smell, look, and growth pattern all felt off compared to the same strains I’ve run before, which made me question what I actually received.
I reached out and got one of those canned apology-style responses that basically says sorry without really saying anything useful, which annoyed me more. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I’m not super confident the genetics were authentic. Not the worst order I’ve ever made, but I’m definitely not in a hurry to buy from them again.
